This week I've been busy on my computer, doing anything I can to keep myself busy.  They cut my hours at work so I go nuts waiting for Stephen to come home.  He works 8 to 4:30 as an Electrician for OSU.  It has a dual-function of keeping him busy all day (which makes me bored and lonely) and then he's too tired when he comes home for us to do anything more than grab a bite for dinner before he conks out.

So to pass the time I've become something of a cruise enthusiast.  I've never big on a major ship before (my stepdad's old bass boat doesn't count) but the idea of a cruise just sounds exciting to me.  I can already see all the hairbrained schemes I'll come up to keep myself entertained during the days at sea, miles from land.  Plus, free room service, a mint on your pillow, and a free 24-hour ice cream station.

I'd like to see the East Caribbean  The Western half includes all those dirty places like Cozumel and Jamaica.  I've also narrowed it down to Royal Caribbean, which I've heard better things about than Carnival (the so-called McDonald's of the cruise industry).  Now it's just finding a week where both S & I can get off work and out of school and during a time when it won't cost us an arm and a leg.

Other than that, Davis should be visiting sometime within the next week and a half and be hanging around until mid-July.  Work (at the last minute, imho) blacked out the calendar (meaning I can't ask off) for basically his entire trip so I'll have extra hours and he'll be even more bored than he was last time.  -.-  Oklahoma has a way of making visitors want to go home.

Other than that, I've been playing a lot of Sims2.  Below are a few (resized) screenshots.  Enjoy.
Maybe living next door to a Nuclear Reactor wasn't a great idea ....
A popular feature of TS2, the SmartMilk.  Incidentally, this kid never went to college.  If it takes nuclear milk just to learn to walk, who wants to learn Calculus?
Note to self - read the owner's manual FIRST!  Then fix it!
A not-so-popular feature: being electrocuted!  Fortunately for Korrin, it wasn't fatal.

In the background are his adopted daughter (Tosha), and one of the twins (either Samuel or Rachel).
Dazzler's having her first baby ... in the living room!  If it was me, I'd be making use of the recliner but at least she got a cute one out of the ordeal.
