Putting Sound on PPT

(to play continuously)

1. Save your sound file where you can access it on your computer

2. Go to the your first slide.

3. Select INSERT.

4. Select MOVIES AND SOUNDS.

5. Select SOUND FROM FILES.

6. Click on song.

7. OK

8. Click OK (to play automatically).

9. Go to SLIDE SHOW.

10. CUSTOM ANIMATION.

11. Select SONG PULLDOWN MENU.

12. Select EFFECT OPTIONS.

13. Select STOP PLAYING AFTER

14. Select a number higher than the number of slides you have.
