     The Battle of the Little Bighorn (A.K.A.,Custer's Last Stand and  The  Battle of the Greasy Grass (the Native   American name for the battle) is the most famous of the American Indian battles of the nineteenth
century.

       It was also the worst single military defeat in our nation's history.  The battle is a lot of things, many of
