Okay, so what if someone says, "Man is basically good, and he learns evil from his surroundings..."?

The Bible says, "Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned." (Romans 5:12, NAS).

That means we are all bad, and not one is good enough...
"For all have sinned and fall short of God's Glory" (Romans 3:23, NAS)

Let me give you an example:
A little 2 year old takes a cookie from a cookie jar, his mom catches him and says, "Why did you take the cookie from that?"  The 2 year old says, "But, I got it for you!!!"

Where did the child learn to lie? (Think about it)

The Bible clearly tells us why,

It all started in the garden, when man took and ate from the, "Tree of the Knowledge of good and evil" We've been bad ever since...

Conclusion:

"Man is basically bad, and he can learn more evil from his surroundings."
