Somebody (namely me, or that is, US) ought to make a spin-fryer, to fry the breakfast bacon.
I don't know how long I've tried to find anyone who agreed with me, when I said that.
A spin-fryer is a simple gadget:
Hang bacon strips in a wire basket
spin the basket during frying, to spin off the grease
Now somebody else thinks it up, and they're making that thing over there in China, marketing it through the same outfit that sells George Foreman grills....
