added source for octree and bsp collision in d3d 8.1 using midnight (paul nettle)'s collision routines , octree and bsp implementation from gametutorials.com. the code has been modified to use direct3d 8.1 instead of opengl.

very busy lately, working on a few projects, however i have had time to make another run at my AI routines. i've uploaded v3.0 of my path finder application. this new version takes a different approach to path finding, however it uses the same search techniques as the previous versions, thus providing very good results, but now very quickly :)
