Oh! I almost forgot. In between the two sides/halves of the hedge maze is this beautiful courtyard....looks the way I imagine a fountain from an ancient Roman aqueduct must have appeared in early first century...

Although it's not nearly as tall or thick as the Hedge Maze, the Rose maze has over 200 species of large, colourful, and sweet smelling roses...and they were more beautiful than any florist could cut! "The fragrance always stays in the hand that gives the rose." Hada Bejar
