1) Supply chain modeling: Supply chain modeling involves defining the supply chain roles and relationships within the supply chain hub, mapping the supply chain functions,work flow analysis and understanding the supply chain dynamics.
2) Research: Validating and testing the supply chain model with used case. Research also involves a detailed work flow analysis within this supply chain hub. Testing the validity of the supply chain model is a critical factor for successful implementation.
3) Analysis and Synthesis: This involves operational, tactical and strategic analysis of the supply chain to cut down costs. The detailed analysis of the supply chain performance results in reducing the wastes at each and every stage in the supply chain.
