Height It is the height of the profile at the peak’s position marker. It will be a maximum of the profile if peak was located automatically (by Gene Tools, gel analysis software) but may not be if peak’s position was moved manually
Percentage mispriming The quantity of mispriming band calibrated from the raw volume (using quantity calibration feature of Gene Tools) by setting the quantity of actual band as 100%
