These photos show how to fold the phyllo dough to create Triangle Shaped Spinach Pie Pockets

         Hold pointer on image for tips.
    drizzle or brush butter across sheet of phyllo and then carefully fold one third in toward center from left and from right edges    
    place a blob of filling at end of strip using a pastry bag or spoon         roughly shape blob into triangle    
    carefully brush butter down strip         start folding phyllo dough with filling    
    continue making triangle folds until you reach the end of the strip         brush tops with butter and place on baking sheet on parchment paper if you like     
    arrange so sides are not touching         ready to eat
