| As a pup, i was clumsy, full of beans & a lil suspicious about the other shih tzu called Nike, the 4 mth old pup ROsie was pup-sitting for a friend. lmao ROsie got me @ 2 months old from royal petite. i was a lil shaken from leaving the litter & into the big world on my own .. but look @ me now. Wroof! |

| Raising Teddy i grew from a lil shy pup to a spunky brewsker. ROsie always made sure i had fun, she got me a bear & a ball. They are still my fave toys. Soccer anyone? I also had tough days where i had potty training, learn English: 'good boy', 'bad boy', 'sit', 'let's go!' but my fave was 'yummy yummy time'! That means food is served ... slurp! Hardest was learning how to get into the lift, and how to climb up & down the stairs. The latter was scary but ROsie drilled me hard & boost my courage with doggy pasta treats! U can't find those wooferoni bits anymore now. Dressing Teddy For all the things i had to do, i hated dressing up. But 4 my first chinese new year i had fun playing with tassles & wore some on my head. For my first Christmas, i didn't have to wear anything but the subsequent ones, ROsie made me don reindeer antlers with lights and a santa hat! But i suppose it was better than Xmas 2000 - she went to London for a month & left me here by meself and i realised that i missed all those silly headgear. |

| Naming Teddy ROsie got me a few days just after New Year's Day 1998. I recalled being in her orange racksack, peering over my eyes, i saw her having tea and something smelled good (wanton noodles, apparently).She & friend Danzel were thinking of names for me. I heard 'mocha', 'pete', 'russell',scotty' [eww... ] She wanted a smart but fun name for her poochie, no funny rhyming names apparently. Half hour passed & still nothing. A girl walked passed & mistook me for a teddy bear until i moved my head. ROsie thought i did look like a teddy bear & that was why she found me so cute! So inspired by that, she named me 'TEDDY'. Wruf! |
