Claim to Fame: "The Forbidden Child Hiei" was quite famous of the 13th of Northeastern section of Makai. He also achieved 3rd class youkai status at the age of 5. So Mokuro wanted him.

Techniques
A peerless swordsman, Hiei wields his Katana with such skill and tremendous power that it can slice through nearly anything. His slashes are so swift as to be invisible.
Hiei has one transformation, in which his skin turns green and red Jagans appear all over his body. His strength is immense during this change into Majiin Hiei, but it drains much of his energy, and leaves him exhausted afterwards.
Jaou Ensatsu Rengoku Shou: is a multiple hitchi-fist attack, augmented by green fire around his fist, where he unleashes a torrent of blows on his opponent.
Jaou Kensatsu Ken: Hiei summons the fires of hell to form a burning sword of black fire around his right fist. He rarely uses this technique, mainly because of its similarity to Kuwabara's Rei Ken, and his contempt for the latter.
Jaou Ensatsu Kokuryuhaa: is the most powerful of Hiei's attacks. The kokuryuhaa when dominant, is black dragon tatoo winding up Hiei's right forearm. When its unleashed, it springs to life as gigantic dragon of black fire, wreath in the flames of Makai, that destroys everything on its path. No one has ever been withstand this attack, but for Mokuro and Bui, who tried to convert the attack. Instead the Kokuryuhaa possessed Hiei himself, and Hiei became an enourmous fire dragon.
