Ingredients:

3 stalks-celery, chopped
3 medium bell peppers-chopped
2 large onions-chopped
1 pod-garlic-chopped
1/4 cup- cooking oil
5 lb.-ground beef
2 tablespoons-parsley flakes
1 tablespoons-basil leaf
3 small cans-chili powder
2 small cans-tomato sauce
1 small can-tomato paste
4 cans-kidney beans-mashed slightly


Instructions:

Cook celery, pepper, onion and garlic in 1/4 cup-cooking oil until tender, or until all water is cooked out. Add ground beef, parsley and basil leaves and cook until all water is cooked out. Then add chili powder and stir real good. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce and water according to thickness desired. Cook until it gets hot. Then add beans and cook until beans are cooked well.
