Big Boy Strawberry Pie

Ingredients:

3-Tblsp. cornstarch
2-Tblsp. white corn syrup
1 cup-sugar
1 cup-water
1/2 tsp.-red food coloring
2 Tblsp.-strawberry gelatin
1 quart-chilled whole strawberries
1 baked pie shell, cooled
1 pint-whipped cream

Instructions:

Combine first four ingredients and cook until clear. Add food coloring and gelatin. Cool. Place strawberries in pie shell and pour gelatin mixture over the berries. Chill. Top with whipped cream.
