1 cup - flour
1/2 cup - salt
1 Tblsp. - cooking oil
2 tsp. - cream of tartar
Food Coloring

Mix together. Cook over medium heat, stirring for about 5 minutes,
until consistency seems good. Pour out, knead and cool.
