1/2 cup - warm water
1 Tblsp. - sugar
1 tsp. - salt
1 Tblsp. - yeast, dissolved in above mixture
Add 1 can of evaporated milk (or 13oz. any kind of milk) to
yeast mixture.
Gradually add 2 cups flour (white or mix) and beat with mixer.
Then beat by hand and add 2 to 2 1/2 cups - additional flour
(kind of sticky).
Divide into 2 greased 1-lb coffee cans and put on the plastic lids,
also greased.
Let rise in a warm place, till the lids "pop off".
Bake @ 350 degrees about 35-45 minutes.
Let cool in can, 5 minutes and take out! Yum!
