Anime Obsessed

Those who know me know that I am obsessed with anime. It adorns my walls, bookshelves and every aspect of my life. My reading consists of manga and fan fics. Forget american movies, give me anime any day. The bulk of our extensive video game collection is anime based. I have a variety of favorites. It really is hard to pick just one when so many are just that good. This web site is going to take some time to build. For now I am going to list a bunch of titles I plan using or highlighting.

The roots of my anime fandom are firmly planted in the "Giant Robot" or mecha genre. I started with Robotech, Voltron, and Tranzor Z (Mazinger Z). Any chance I got I picked up anything that was animated in the same style (not knowing what Anime was back at that time). These days I have become a hard core Shoujo fan. But I still love the other stuff too. As much of a tomboy as I was, for some reason it was always romance that drew me in. Those were my favorite elements in all three of those old school series.
