| Due to our Venture meetings being on a Wednesday we decided to combine Valentines Day and Shrove Tuesday by making heart shaped panckes,good idea in theory but due to the lack of a heart shaped pastry cutter we had to make do with stars instead! The saying "too many cooks" was definately appropriate, due to the oil and the butter in the same pan, because "i thought he hadnt added any!" and "your pancakes burnt, oops now so are mine!" Then Ross came in and started making his crepes which were actually quite impressive,so good,that Andrew got a bit jealous and tried to splatter them. A great but messy time was had by the group and i have to apologise for burning Hazel.! |
