Shekinah & Simmone's Bedroom

Took me a year to save up to do their room but I love it.  Most of the stuff I made and got really cheap.  The curtains for the canopy are just two panels cut down the middle to make 4 and hung on hooks from the ceiling.  The outfits on the walls they both wore.

 

Dressers from Value city for $25.00 each.

Close up of bottom bunk.  It is a futon.  I got the bed from the Trader for $150.  The quilts and shams I got off ebay dirt cheap.

 

Memory Wall on each side of their window consists of their christening gowns, their newborn pic, birth certificate in a pewter scroll and a little precious moment birthstone figurine.  The other pic is of the chalk board we painted on the wall and got some white trim to border it.  Two ceramic butterflies are over it.
