Alex Star's announcement!
Alex Star held an imprompotu press conference this week and had a few things on his mind.  Here's how it all went down; "Thank you all for coming today, I am, of course Alex Star, and you are not..heh heh heh.  Anyway, just a little joke there.  As I was saying... All the changes, and the new stars coming in, well we all know none will shine as bright as the TRUE STAR,  Alex Star!  OK OK I am getting off the subject, I wanted you all to be here to meet my new partner in crime here in the CWF.  Steph, come out here."  A woman dressed in red, white and yellow comes out and hugs Alex.  "Ladies and gentlemen, this is Stephanie Star, my sister!  She we begin as my manager and, then break into the women's division here in the CWF.  Oh ya, almost forgot, one more person for me to introduce.  Once again, Ladies and Gentlement... this.. is Gaige Star, my BROTHER!  Togeather we are Shooting Stars!  Get a good long look at the future of the CWF!" With that Alex, Stephanie, and Gaige all walked out, and the reporters were left alone.
New Talent on the way!
Rumors abound for many weeks that the Prez has been out courting top talent to come to the CWF.  Names tossed around?  Sinister Sera (the top female talent in the world today), of course the Pantheon (see below), Dragon (top asian talent), and a few others still unnamed.
CWF has moved to the midwest
Over the past few months of downtime for the CWF, the main offices have moved to the Midwest.  All the athelets feel very positive about the move, and are ready for a change in thier corporate enviroment.  Upcoming superstar Alex Star said the following on his website;  "I think the new building and new arenas we will be holding events will be exciting and lots of fun!  The midwest is known for it's hospitality and diehard sports fans, here's hoping that the fans in the midwest will all tune in and watching the shooting star... ME!  Alex Star! Prez McGreevey is also excited and very happy about the new moves for his company;  "It's like a fresh start instead of a restart like we have had in the past.  I have also been in touch with a considerable amount of indy talent in the midwest in hopes of signing a few grapplers to liven up our federation."  Here's hoping that the CWF does well in thier new enviroment.
Pantheon to return
A stable from the past is rumored to return very soon.  Sources state that the Prez has reached a settlement for the entire stable of Pantheon to return to the CWF!  Anubis, Ra, Bast, and Sekmet all returning to the CWF would really boost the talent roster. Anubis, leader of the Pantheon had the following to say about all of this; "Yes, we have been contacted by the CWF, but weather we return has yet to be decided." That's all we could get from the enigmatic leader...
