When September rolled around Bryan left for university, so a new guitarist/vocalist had to be found. That's when Blair Lewis (You may know him from such bands as On Fire and Militia) was asked to join the band. They perfromed their first show with this line up on September 7th, 2002 at the Wabush Teen Center, and were loved.
The band then started writing originals. Their first song was entitled "Ess 'N' Emm" and was a in essence a tribute to Weezer, although it was about being in love with a slightly mental challanged girl. The next song that was written was "Ashley" which was solely written by Ryan. This song was a hit, and all the kids love it....and so do you!! These two songs, along with "Breakup Song 1A" appear on Monk-O-Rama volume 1.
Tweezer released their first full length album "Blessing Ream" in January 2003. In February 2003, both Blair and Bruce moved away, Blair to Calgary, Bruce to Halifax. The band then suffered a short hiatus until Blair returned from Calgary in June, and the band aquired the bass skills of Dave Bridger, formerly of Last Request, and the band has since played several shows.
Brucie Angst returned in August 2003 and rejoined Tweezer, the foursome is now working on writing new material for their second album.
Dave Winsor joined Tweezer in September 2003. He took over all songwriting and tranformed the band into his own vision. Ryan, Blair, Bruce and Bob then quit Tweezer. They have sincee reformed as Rosco.
