| SATURDAY HORROR #77 Battle Island, on all its battle fields, was drenched with blood and decay. Corpses of many monsters, who not only fought amongst themselves but also Angel Zog, lay in rubble and blood through out the island. As the towering glowing form of Angel Zog stood in the central portion of the city, many monsters will fighting him the process, hope seemed hopeless. MZ, TZ, and DDB all rush into the hanger. MZ & TZ look at each other like it's high noon. They stand; staring at each other, then take a mad dash to their EVAs. DDB senses the impending duel, and yells at the two fools in vain. MZ jumps in the cockpit, and presses the garage door opener, but the lift generators explode in flames as TG fires a round into the opener. MZ & TZ were distracted just long enough to forget about their hate. DDBi- You guys can't blast through the doors by yourselfs. You'll have to work together, and I'm not helping. TZ & MZ, swallow their pride, and start smashing through the layers of titanium shielding. Battle Island was being destroyed at a tremendous rate by the Angel Zog. In order to save what they loved, they'd have to help what they hated, each other. MZ's battle ax hit the ceiling, and a shower of sparks hits TZ's EVA. TZ- Thanks a lot… Dick. MZ- Whadsa matta, whittle baby get burned? TZ- Fuck you, you arragont prick! You don't act like MZ at all, as a matter of fact, you're probably a clone! MZ, shocked at what TZ says, punches him with a vicious upper cut that smashes him threw the roof. The shards of titanium rip threw his armor plate, and MZ jumps threw the opening lick greased lightning. TZ sticks out his knife, and puts a gash in MZ's armor. MZ swings his ax, and cuts TZ's rifle in halve. The ammo inside explodes, bending MZ's ax. TG stands in horror, watching the two EVA's destroy not only each other, but any hope of Battle Island not being destroyed. MZ and TZ exchange punches, but are unable to inflict further damage. Now in a state of neutrality, the two stop fighting, and sink into the bottom of their seats, realizing what they'd done. DDBwalks up to MZ, and gives him his sword, and gives TZ his rifle. DDB- I hope you two can stop the Angel Zorg, and become friends. MZ swings at TZ, but stops inches short of his armor. MZ- Nah, I'm just fuckin' with ya. DDB- You're back… Took several long hours…but the Evangelion Units were able to work together and successfully make it to the surface… The darkness surrounded the three massive Evangelion units but the intrepid MWF announcers turned Eva pilots continued to slog their way through the all encompassing darkness guided only by their instincts and instruments till finally Tomzilla said, "A light! I see light up ahead." "Are you sure it's not an oncoming train?" muttered Montyzilla Tomzilla turned back and raised the fist of his mighty Evangelion and said "Why you low down , no account waste of skin! If…" "Knock it off please!" DDB said, "How about this for an idea? You two fight it out AFTER we save humanity." For now the two friends, or perhaps it was former friends, agreed and the three cybernetic Evangelions emerged from the core of Battle Island and stepped foot into the light of day. The clear, warm weather gave a misleading impression that all was well when in fact the Angel Zog waited just a short distance way and its mission to destroy the Earth was abut to commence if something were not done and done fast. With the hostilities between MZ and TZ in truce mode the three announcers made their way toward Zog and their destiny. "I wonder where TitanoGoji is?" DDB said adding "I hope he's safe" "Did you get a load of TG's face when that dumb ass DragonZord blew up?" Monty said unable to control his laughter. "Tomzilla reacted in anger and said, "OK Monty, that's enough. Yes the Power Rangers suck but let me tell you that DragonZord was one awesome weapons system. I hope you are not still laughing about it when Zog is about to trample your ass. And you know what? I might let him!" "Monty stopped and said, "I already know you won't back me up TZ. Who are you fooling saying you would? Hell maybe I'll just kick your weak assed butt right now…Eva 4, HA! Give me a break what a piece of crap!" Tomzilla maneuvers his Unit 4 so he is face to face with Montyzilla in his Eva 2 and says, "There ain't nothing between us but some air big mouth!" DDB has had enough of these two. He doesn't know why they are fighting but he knows its not helping anything and goes to break them apart. "Listen you two! If it asses you want kicked I do both of you now knock it off once and for……" But before he can interceded a massive blast of psionic energy rippled through the air and sends all three Evas crashing through the Battle Island forest. When the shock waves clear noting is seen moving. Meanwhile back at the volcanic battle zone: Miereki and Golthra both entered the battle area flying from opposite directions. Miereki has weather control powers and summons a tornado and sends if spinning forward toward Golthra. But the Mothra type monster has weather control ability of its own and it conjures up a similar tornado and commands it forward. The winds from both storms are tremendous and the two creators of them watch as the two funnel clouds collide. In an incredible display of storm energy the two swirling tornados combine into one massive storm and the strength of is well beyond an F=5. The storm literally blows itself apart from the force that cannot be contained within and as the dust settles the two monsters shriek at one another and begin blasting away at each other with all they have. Miereki uses his telekinetic power and makes hundreds of boulders go sailing at the huge Moth but Golthra fires three green heat beams from his forehead and one jade blast from each wing. He blasts some of the rocks out of the air pulverizing them into dust like they are clay pigeons while directing some of the beams at the psychic creature. But Miereki puts up his psychic barrier and the beams, as strong as they are, bounce off it. Golthra screams in annoyance and fires his mega breast cannon. The force of this blast is so intense even Miereki's shielding does not stop it completely and it knocks the psychic monster over. Golthra then releases his deadly red powder and the red cloud of toxic dust covers Miereki. Try as he might Miereki cannot help but ingest some of the poison and he coughs, chokes and rolls across the volcanic landscape in misery as the poison. Golthra then swoops in for the kill ready to blast Miereki point black with no shields up. Through his blurry vision Miereki sees his flying foe and calls upon his telekinetic powers and causes a jet of searing lava to come surging out from a molten pool in a blast that covers Golthra's body in molten rock. Golthra shrieks in pain and the lava hardens to rock in the cooler air. His wings now covered in rock he falls to the ground. He quickly begins to shake the rock off his wings but the moment of down time is all Miereki needs and he activates his purple energy whips and they lash out encircling Golthra's antenna. In one motion the Moth's antenna are ripped off his head with jets of blood squirting from the stumps. Golthra fires his forehead beams again but Miereki has his shield activated again and they bounce off. Miereki moves his whips lower and they encircle Golthra's neck growing tighter all the time as the energy flow to the whips increases. Golthra has blood spewing from his insect mouth as he shudders close to death. Miereki realized Golthra has fought bravely and fairly and does not want to kill this worthy adversary. Golthra has his share of pride and doesn't want to surrender but Miereki can communicate to him "Golthra, don't make me kill you. We face a great threat and we need warriors like yourself. Call a truce." Golthra seems to understand and signals his submission. Miereki lets him go and Golthra's antenna begin to grow back. Putricus and Mothra Leo along with Drakan and Deathtra and GxM. Together this awesome force moves forward to challenge the huge Angel Zog. But given the havoc this creature has already wrought one wonders what even these mighty Kaiju can hope to do. As smoke rose from the rubble all around, two other kaiju had just started fighting in a brawl. One of them being the Hardcore Champion, Gaira, and the other being Gabara. It seemed Gaira had accepted to defend his title against Gabara right at this very moment… Gabara was thrown head first through an office building and like a bullet his body flung right through the steel and fell head first into the street on the other side. The rest of the building piled up and buried him. But when Gabara got up Gaira jumped right in front of him and elbowed him in the jaw. Gabara stumbled back until Gaira kneed the green ogre in the abdomen and applied the DDT. Gabara's face was rammed head first into the concrete, leaving a face imprint soon after. Gabara lazily pushed himself off the ground and stumbled back and forth, until Gaira close lined him to the ground. Blood dripped from Gabara's jaws and face, as Gaira jumped straight up and slammed his elbow in Gabara's sternum. Gabara cried out in pain and punched Gaira in the jaw, but his fist was caught by Gaira's teeth and the Green Gargantua began to chew on Gabara's hand. "Aw! Get off-STOP!" Gabara screamed, trying to get up and shrug Gaira off. But blood had already been sucked dry out of his palm and Gaira wanted more! Gaira began to stomp Gabara's skull repeatedly as the green ogre laid on his back. But when Gaira reached down and started biting Gaira's other hand, the horns on Gabara's head blossomed with electrical energies and soon thousands of volts of electricity were electrocuting the Green Gargantua! Gaira cried out in pain and began to move away, still shaking dramatically from the intense shock. Gabara jumped to his feet and speared Gaira to the ground and began to slam his fists repeatedly against Gaira's face. With each punch Gaira was electrocuted even further. Gabara laughed as he continued to pound Gaira into oblivion, until Gaira pushed his feet off Gabara's gut and sent the green ogre flying in the opposite direction. Gabara rolled across the ground until he came to a stop and breathed heavily. Gaira pulled a large pipe from inside a building and used it for leverage to get back up. Gaira slammed the pipe into the ground with a loud clang and charged towards Gabara, with the pipe in his hands. As Gabara got to his feet and immediately was struck aside the face by the gigantic pipe that was wielded by Gaira. Gabara fell to the ground, out cold as Gaira left Gabara knocked out. Clearly the victor of their duel… As Gaira marches off, he's soon ambushed by the likes of Zarkorr. "Revenge I shall have, freak!" Zarkorr shouted as he threw Gaira face first into a building. His body stopped in the center of the building-Zarkorr merely walked over, grabbed his legs, and with all his strength pulled Gaira to the bottom. Gaira was literally forced through steel and glass, and now was out cold. Zarkorr fired his deadly eye beams that blew chunks of flesh off his back. Zarkorr, having not releasing his hold on Gaira's feet, flung Gaira out of where he resided in the bottom of the skyscraper, and flew him several hundred feet away. Zarkorr marched over and when Gaira got up, Zarkorr merely close lined the beast to the ground, nearly breaking his neck in the process. As Zarkorr prepared to take Gaira's belt, which he felt rightfully belonged to him, Frankenstein hopped on Zarkorr's back and wrapped his arms around his throat. Zarkorr roared in anger until he threw Frankenstein off of him. Frankenstein slammed into the ground and skidded across the ground, his wounds instantly healing right away. But as he stood up and roared, Zarkorr's eye beams struck his chest and punctured a gaping hole that sizzled from the hot energies. Frankenstein fell on his back and as Zarkorr walked up to finish him off; Gaira found a steel chair and smacked it across the back of Zarkorr's head. Zarkorr almost fell face first but was able to keep his balance. Zarkorr turned towards Gaira, who held the steel chair in front of him, and punched the object-causing the chair, with the force implied by a fist shot, to hit him in the face. Gaira fell flat on his back into an un-conscious state. When Zarkorr turned towards Frankenstein, he was surprised to be smacked to the ground by a large table. The table held its own and didn't shatter, but Zarkorr was a different story. The alien invader fell to the ground and it gave Frankenstein enough time to set up the table. When Frankenstein set Zarkorr up on his feet and tried to place him on the table, the alien invader thrust his horns through Frankenstein's sternum and hoisted him on the table. Zarkorr ran over and climbed up a skyscraper. Feeling the building preparing to crumble beneath his mass Zarkorr jumped forward and slammed his body against Frankenstein's own, which fell through the table. As Zarkorr got back up, Gaira was up and ready… As the Evangelions walked through a narrow path through the city, they saw many buildings laid in ruins with the bloody corpses of many kaiju amongst it. The pilots were getting angered by not only Angel Zog's presence, but amongst themselves. "Tomzilla for the last time!" shouted Montyzilla over the command net, "Shut your clone self up!" "I'm not a clone you piece of shit! Get it through your thick and empty skull." "Will you both shut up and get it through your head that if we don't work together, we're all going to die!?" DDB said angrily to both pilots. But it seemed neither acknowledged and kept arguing. "When I finish saving the earth, I'm going to end your pathetic un-worthiness existence myself. Hell you're probably a spy for the Galaxy Trians!" "Oh that's it…" Tomzilla said and laid his hand on Eva Unit 2's shoulder. Eva Unit 2 swerved around and punched Eva Unit 4 to the ground. The white Evangelion's body bounced off the ground and slid into rubble. Eva Unit 2 walked towards Eva Unit 4, as shoulder compartments opened and Eva Unit 2 pulled out his progressive knife. But when he got close Eva Unit 4 jumped to his feet and speared the red Evangelion off his feet. Evangelion Unit 4 began to repeatedly punch the red Eva with all his might, its pilot feeling the pain in the process. "Hey! Knock it-oh forget it!" DDB said. Evangelion Unit 1 walked away and sat down against a skyscraper, seemingly waiting for their fight to end. Evangelion Unit 2 placed his hands against Eva Unit 4's chest and released his AT-Field, which knocked the white Eva high into the air and caused him to come crashing down into the ground. Evangelion Unit 2 jumped to his feet and as Eva 4 got up, Eva 2 jumped up and drop kicked the white Eva off his feet. Unit 2 reached down and picked up the top of a building that had fallen off and chucked it at Unit 4. The building top burst in all directions as it slammed against Eva Unit 4's abdomen. "You're going to pay for that…" Tomzilla muttered angrily. "Bring it on, you disgrace of a human being!" Montyzilla gestured. Eva Unit 4 charged, as did Unit 2, but Eva 4 suddenly stopped and placed his palm forward. A blinding light indicating Eva Unit 4's AT-Field appeared and shot forward like a spear and penetrated the Red Evangelion's ribcage, and sent him reeling back. Eva Unit 2's body slammed into the side of a skyscraper and slid down its slope. The skyscraper soon buried him alive. As Unit 4 walked forward, his own progressive knife drawn, an AT-Field burst the rubble in all directions and Eva Unit 2 rose from where he once laid. When Eva Unit 2 flipped forward in an attempt to drop kick the white Evangelion, Eva Unit 4's AT-Field came up. Eva Unit 2 bounced off the field and landed on his feet. Eva Unit 2 released its own AT-Field and now both Evangelion fields that protected their mind and body collided. The ground shook as pieces of rubble and debris burst in all directions from the force of both AT-Fields. Any buildings collapsed including the one Evangelion Unit 1 was laying against. The building soon fell forward and collapsed on the purple Evangelion. The Evangelion easily rose from beneath the rubble. "That's it…I'm going to go help the monsters…screw you guys. Let you fight to the death!" DDB cried, not being heard by the other pilots. "I tried to help, remember that!" he gestured before commanding his Evangelion to walk towards Angel Zog. Eva Unit 1 hopped on top of a roof top and soon jumped to others, straight towards Angel Zog, leaving the two dueling Evangelions behind. When both AT-Fields couldn't over-power the other, each Evangelion's fists collided with the other, sending loud rattles that bounced off the slopes of buildings and echoed across the battle field. Eva Unit 4 launches his right closed fist and knocks it across Unit 2's jaw, but Unit raises his progressive knife and slices it across Eva 4's belly, drawing blood. Eva Unit 4 returns the favor by plunging his progressive knife in Eva 2's ribcage. Both pilots hide their pain but their face expressions show it clearly. "So tell me why you hate me!?" Tomzilla shouted with anger. "You must be a stupid clone, since I've explained this to you already!" Montyzilla muttered. "The former Tomzilla; the real Tomzilla, was a good friend of mine and a person I respected. When I heard what happened to him a year ago I was outraged. When I heard Tomzilla had returned and survived…I was happy and pleased." Montyzilla said while continuing, "But until I realized something…what the Galaxy Trians said…that you are a creation of theirs. That is when I begin to suspect that you are not who I thought you were." "Try to understand Monty, I am the real Tomzilla! I have memories of what happened…" "That proves nothing, god damn it!" Eva Unit 2 grabs onto Evangelion Unit 4's neck and throws him head first into a skyscraper. Evangelion Unit 4 continues to sear through the air and came crashing down onto the ground. When Evangelion Unit 4 pushed himself off the ground he was immediately knocked back down when Eva 2's feet hit his cranium. But when Unit 2 grabbed the back of his neck and prepared to stab Unit 4's back, the white Evangelion turned and released his AT-Field that sent Eva 2 flying back. Unit 2 slammed against the titanium wall that surrounded the City Arena from the other battle fields. Eva Unit 2 pulled out a large pistol and fired a bullet that seared through the air and bounced off Evangelion Unit 4's armor. Eva Unit 2 shot 11 more rounds and the bullets seemingly bounced off the armor of the white Evangelion. "I always hated this thing anyway…none the less; I'm going to kill you!" Montyzilla shouted. Eva Unit 2 walked forward but stopped immediately once energy blades slid out of the top compartments of Evangelion Unit 4's wrists. "Oh shit!" Montyzilla said, walking back. "I don't want to do this," Tomzilla said while walking towards Monty, "But if need be I'll gut you like a fish!" "So…be it," Monty said while gathering courage, "You are welcome to try!" The White Evangelion ran straight towards his red counter part, but was blown away by its AT-Field. Eva Unit 4 landed on his feet after doing a back flip and charged forward. This time he jumped over the AT-Field, bounced off the walls, and headed straight towards Eva 2! The Red Evangelion flipped forward and avoided the energy blades from slicing him in half. Unit 4 rushed forward and tried to slice Unit 2 in half, but the Red Evangelion dodged them barely. Unit 2 punched Eva 4 before kneeing him in the gut. As Unit 4 leaned forward, Unit 2 grabbed his right energy blade compartment and pulled it right off. One of Eva Unit 4's energy blades is gone. Unit 2 continues by snapping Eva Unit 4's right arm in two, breaking it like a twig. As Tomzilla cries out in pain; linked with his Eva thus feeling whatever pain it feels, Eva Unit 2 swings to the next arm and pulls its energy blade compartment off and throws it away. But Unit 4 is able to hit Unit 2's jaw right after and caused the Red Evangelion to fall to the ground. Right when Unit 2 got up; a port from beneath the ground rose up with a huge automatic rifle strapped to its edges. Just as Unit 4 grabbed it and pointed it at Unit 2, the Red Evangelion turned and ran into the opposite direction. Hot burning led spewed from the barrel as hundred of bullets came spiraling towards the red Evangelion. Unit 2 dived over the top of a skyscraper and used it as cover-though it wouldn't be there any longer. The bullets the size of missiles easily shattered the windows and blew off chunks of steel and concrete from the large skyscraper. Soon the entire skyscraper began to crumble from the hundreds of armor piercing bullets searing through its damaged form. Unit 2 looked over and upon his command a port burst from beneath the ground strapped with two grenade launches with high explosives. Evangelion Unit 2 jumped high into the air and launched two grenades from their barrels and it sizzles towards Unit 4. Unit 4 jumps up and front flips forward, feeling the hot scalding head of the grenades as they passed beneath. The grenades hit the titanium wall and engulfed a good portion of it an explosion. Both Evangelions fire their weapons at the other, hopping to one direction to the next, dodging each other's attacks. Until finally both were empty and began to fight it out again. "You will die!" Montyzilla shouted bitterly. "You don't understand, do you? DO YOU!? How else would I be able to pilot the Evangelion and feel as if I really have a soul? Because I am the real Tomzilla! And if I'm not his spirit; his essence, lies in the Eva's very core and combine with my own inner self." Tomzilla went on, "I still remember what happened behind the scenes between you and me. How we were friends…Monty, I'm still your friend. Now help me and together we can take Angel Zog down!" *** As wars have erupted across the island, in a certain portion of the city arena four monsters lay helplessly on the ground. Godmera, Gameron, Gojira, and Gamera looked up and seemed angered by the fact that Gelynn, Heldarr, Bagan, and Iris have relentlessly taken them down. Gojira seemed angered the most as he roared in anger at the ones who betrayed him. "There, there Gojira…it's not the end of the world-oh wait, yes it is!" Bagan laughed bitterly, his amber glowing eyes illuminating off the four fallen kaiju. "Gojira it seems you have been defeated, even when you tried to get revenge! Pathetic…nobody can exact their revenge on me. NOBODY!" It was then that an eerie shadow appeared over Bagan's body. Both four demonic beasts whirled their heads at the mysterious object hovering in the sky. Just as Bagan stared coldly at the creature he snarled. Without hesitation, a blazing beam of energy erupted from his jaws and scalded in the creature's direction. As the ashen glowing beam of energy closed it, a barrier appeared around the mysterious kaiju. The energy attack of Bagan's seemed to hit the barrier and reflect back at him! Bagan's own wicked energy blast detonated against his chest, vaporizing portions of his skin tissue and knocking him off his feet. "Nobody ever gets revenge on you, huh?" a frightening voice muttered. When the moonlight blossomed and panned in the creature's position; Gelynn, Heldarr, and Iris were surprised to see Space Godzilla hovering in mid-air. "The rest of you will suffer the same wrath!" Heldarr and Gelynn were hoisted into the air by Space Godzilla's telekinesis and sent spiraling against the titanium wall, knocked out upon impact. Iris's tentacles lashed out and surrounded Space Godzilla's body and sent strong sonic beams that pierced his hide. Space Godzilla cried out in pain but his skin surface held its own and as the sonic beams ceased, his wounds healed. Bolts of cosmic energy rippled back and forth from Space Godzilla's shoulder crystals as a corona beam lashed out, guided by the space monster's telekinesis, and blasted three of Iris's tentacles right off. Iris moaned in agony but powered up his sonic boosters that resided beneath his shoulders and blasted off towards Space Godzilla. The space leviathan fired another corona beam that scraped the surface of Iris's body, blowing chunks of skin tissue off with ease. Iris continued to fly straight towards Space Godzilla and jabbed his right blade in the space monster's chest. Space Godzilla cried out in pain that could be heard for miles, as Iris began to drain SG of his energy and begin to absorb his own DNA for his own. Until Space Godzilla's corona beam rippled forward and blasted Iris's blade in two, cutting off the circulation. As Iris falls back, Gojira's atomic blast tears through his backside and cause the demon to fall to the ground, bleeding profusely. As Bagan gets up his face is scalded by Space Godzilla's corona beam, which rips the skin tissue on his face right off. Things have backfired… *** For the past few hours; Evangelion Unit 1, Drakan, Magna Deathtra, GxM, Putricus, Miereki, Golthra, and the newly transformed Armor Mothra have been in combat against Angel Zog non stop. Until now even their combined strength seems useless, as they all lay cuddled up next to each other in rubble, in serious pain. As dozens of psionic beams began to circle Angel Zog's body and combine to form one beam, they seemed sure it was over. Even when the metallic coating of Armor Mothra began to slowly fall off, Drakan's skin was almost completely removed from the psionic energies, Magna Deathtra's left palm gone, and Eva Unit 1 all scrapped up, death seemed certain. When the combined psionic beams charged forward and came closer and closer, everything seemed over…until two synchronized AT-Fields appears in front of them. The psionic blast collided with the two AT-Fields and blinded everyone in a huge explosion…when the flash ceased everyone was surprised to still be alive. Evangelion Unit 1 looked to his left and right and saw his fellow Eva pilots in opposite directions. "You guys didn't kill each other! You guys didn't let Angel Zog kill us! We might have a…chance!" DDB said with joy. Neither pilots returned the same gesture but instead walked over with the others, side by side now. Now all three Evangelion pilots combined their AT-Fields in a disc like shape and expanded it…before releasing it and caused the AT-Field Disc to slide into Angel Zog's torso and literally cut the massive beast in half! Angel Zog's painful cry tore the ground from its very foundations and caused the entire island to shudder. Drakan rose up, particles of energy charging down his throat, and fired a Particle Ball-Magna Deathtra flapped her wings and sent a Micro-Oxygen Twister…both attacks combined and hit Angel Zog's head and caused the entire leviathan's body to disappear in a sparkling glow! "Did we do it?" Montyzilla muttered. "I think so…I think we defeated Angel Zog!" Tomzilla said with pride. As it seemed like a candle of hope was lit it was blown away as a stream of psionic energies took to the sky and formed Angel Zog's head. "You've proven yourselves worthy at last…but now…I shall become my ultimate form. Prepare humans and kaiju alike, for my final and strongest form!" hissed the titan as the psionic energies began to combine into what it seemed like Angel Zog. Until its gigantic head began to turn into an organic like creature and formed the shape of a dragon! The creature's huge body began to take shape into the form of a massive four legged dragon with huge colossus wings. The wings stretched out farther than the City Arena and the feet came crashing down from the sky. Golthra and GxM were crushed beneath the creature's large feet, which in the process of flattening those monsters, crushed the surrounding buildings as well. The remaining monsters and the Evangelion Units looked up in horror at the now newly evolved…newly formed…Dragon Zog. NEXT WEEK- MAY MONSTER MAYHEM!!!! SEE SPACE GODZILLA, BAGAN, GOJIRA, GAMERON, GODMERA, IRIS, HELDARR, AND GELYNN FACE OFF IN THEIR OWN BATTLE ROYAL! SEE DRAGON ZOG AS HE CRUSHES THE MAJORITY OF THE CITY ARENA WITH HIS GIGANTIC FEET AND SOME INNOCENT BYSTANDERS!
