It's ok to let go
Let yourself heal
Wash away the pain
Let yourself feel
Cleanse your soul
Allow the tears to flow
Bathe in the release
When you feel low
Laughter is the best medicine
At least that is what they say
But tears are a healing agent
And if one day
The hurt is too deep
The pain is too great
Allow yourself to grieve
Do not make yourself wait
The ones you have lost
Will bear you no ill will
If you cannot be strong
If you cannot face that hill
