Captain John ''GiddyUp'' cigar shop whitby ontario Bunch of GiddyUp Fishing Charters, out of St. James City on Pine Island Sound, reports fishing in his area has dropped off dramatically because of high fuel costs, and the fish are biting up a storm. Redfish are eating cut ladyfish on both sides of the Intracoastal Waterway, snook and large trout are thick along the beaches, and medium-sized tarpon are in Pine Island Sound.
LAKE OKEECHOBEE
Water levels are up to 10.76 feet. Angie Soverns out of Sawgrass Recreation Park reports high water has online cigar stores allowed largemouth bass to move up on the flats, and anglers are having best results using live shiners and soft plastic worms.
