From the patio a view of Bear Mountain can be enjoyed, as well as a peek of the slopes. Walk across to the left and good views of Snow Summit can be seen. In addition to the spa, there is a picnic table and BBQ.

The front yard has level parking and a little patio with a bench nestled in a grove of pines and cedars.
