Turunc is a Turkish village paradise surrounded by mountains and pine forests.

The villa is approximately 500 meters from the beach but also boasts a large private swimming pool and barbecue area. The natural beauty of the area is magnificent to view while relaxing outside.

A newly built villa, it is fully air-conditioned, has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and four bedrooms that have large balconies to each room with beautiful views.

The villa can accommodate up to ten people. There are toilet and shower facilities on each floor and an additional cold water shower by the pool.

The gardens surrounding the villa are still in their infancy but as well as some of Turkey’s most beautiful flowers it has orange lemon and olive trees growing in the garden.

There is a full time cleaner and gardener and bed linen is changed when requested.

First floor -Bedroom 1 1 x double bed plus single and fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bedside cabinets -Bedroom 2 1 x single bed with wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinet -Shower room and cloakroom
Second floor -1 x double bed plus fitted wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinets -2 x single bed, wardrobes, dressing table, bedside cabinets -Cot can be provided on request at no extra cost.

- Rental cost is between £500 - £700 per week, depending on the season.
- Return airport transfer can be arranged at an additional cost of £80.
