From punch move inside and turn to bring both legs in between uke's, bend knees .
Wrap your right arm under uke's armpit and turn from your waist towards your bottom left, pulling them round and down. |
Hip throws |
From a punch, step to the inside so that you are side on to the uke in a 'T' shape. Wrap your right arm around their waist and hold their belt, grip their arm with you left hand and take their balance. Then thrust your hips out while simultaneously pulling them onto you and pull them round to the floor. |
