If From Hell You Could Speak ?

What would you tell your comrades so scorned,
If satan would allow you to speak ?
Tell them how GOD hid His face and mourned,
As silent tears flowed down His cheeks ?

Would you tell how heaven’s gates were locked
While GOD bowed HIS head in deep sorrow ?
Express regret to the nation you shocked;
Confess cowardice act reaped no everlasting 'morrow ?

Would you wish to silence the hands that clap
For atrocities and loss that you brought ?
Admit your abhorrent beliefs are a slap
To OUR GOD, and that war is for naught ?

Would you warn them America will not lay down,
Like the eagle again we shall soar ?
Our loved ones, not you, are adorned in crowns
Because of hatred, disguised as a Holy War ?

You can cripple the world for a moment in time,
Searing scars in our hearts forever,
But UNITED in prayer we will heal from your crime,
And stand stronger against the abettor together.
