| Sailor Jupiter is the most likely Senshi to run straight into a fight without thinking. She's one of those people that would fight first, ask questions later, which isn't always a bad thing. ^.~ Sailor Jupiter is considered to be one of the strongest Senshi, perhaps because of her agressiveness. Once she even took on a youma with her fists alone!! Sailor Jupiter is courageous without a doubt and compassionate. In Super S, the manga, when Sailor Mars and Sailor Mercury had been captured, Sailor Jupiter caught a disease. However weak she felt, she did her best to help her friends, even at the cost of her own health. When Makoto was very young, her parents died in an airplane crash, hence her phobia of planes. Since then, she has been living by herself, much like Mamoru, except he lived in an orphanage. After her parents death, Makoto had rarely felt love as one would find in a good friendship until she meets Usagi. Makoto had gotten expelled for fighting at a different school and moved to Usagi's school. Rumors about her spread like wild fires and no one talked to her or befriended her...until Usagi, who struck up a conversation with her as soon as she laid eyes on Makoto's gourmet cooking. The reason for Mako having a different school uniform is because they ran out of the large size that she needed, her being 5"6 and all (wow! I wish I was that tall..lolz!) Because she values her friends so much, Mako is quite protective and tends to rush head on into a battle where a friend's lives are at stake. Mako thinks of the Inner Senshi as a family of sisters and would do anything possible to ensure that nothing ever harmed them. For this reason, Mako is always around when one of them has a problem or a bad day and just wants to talk. She's trustworthy, protective, and always tries her best to please others. For instance, Mako once said that cooking, cleaning, and gardening brings out her feminine side, which she thinks she needs to counter the assumption that others make concerning her masculinity. Mako has a contradictory character. She doesn't like for people to think that she is very boyish, and yet, she doesn't want anyone to think she is weak. Also, she depends on people to care for, but she is very independent and doesn't really need anyone to care for her, even though she wants a husband. Actually, Mako enjoys caring for others; she is always offering to whip up a quick snack during Ami's study sessions and is always there when a crisis interrupts one of her friend's lives. Mako has dreams for the future that uncludes finding a husband, opening up a flower shop, and becoming a chef. She is so set on these dreams that she doesn't feel the need to study, which explains her poor marks in school. lolz! |
