Throughout the storyline of Codename wa: Sailor V, Minako has many different missions to accomplish. But her main mission is to try to defeat the Dark Kingdom, or Dark Agency, and to eventually find her fellow Sailor Senshi. With the Henshin Pen and the Crescent Moon Compact that Artemis gave her, Minako can transform into Sailor V and then attack the enemy. She can also use her Compact to transform into other people for use as a disguise. Artemis, the cat, helps to advise Sailor V when she is in battle or facing other such difficulties. Also, there is a mysterious "boss" as he is simply called that gives her assignments and helps to advise Artemis as well. He is never seen, only heard as a voice. But even with all this going on, Minako still find time to take a break. She loves video games, volleyball, and hanging out with her best friend, Hikaru (who looks just like Ami-chan!).
On top of having fight the Dark Kingdom, Sailor V also solves many crimes. In fact, she is so good at it the people at the police department can't stand her, because she takes all the attention away from them and makes them look bad! Wakagi Toshio is one of the Special Officers at the police station and is always whining about Sailor V to the Superintendent General, Sakurada Natsuna. Sakurada, on the other hand, loves Sailor V. She even has a poster of her up in her office! She vows to get Sailor V to join the police force someday. |
