"Prince Endymion should be here in a few minutes", Queen Serenity said. Serena just nodded. Pretty soon, Prince Endymion and his parents arrived. Darien was 16 making him 3 years older than Serena. Darien walked past Serena, ignoring her. "Endymion!" Darien's father's voice boomed. "Just where are your manners?" Darien scowled and walked back to where Serena was standing. "And don't scowl, dear, your face might stay that way," His mother added. Darien picked up Serena's hand as if it were a bomb and gave a quick peck. Then he muttered something she couldn't hear. "Well? Louder, son, louder!" His father said looking disapprovingly at him. Darien said loud enough so that everyone could hear, "Nice to meet you again, Princess Serenity, " and then adding so that only Serena could hear, "The Queen of Brats," and then dropped her hand. Serena glared at him. ‘How immature,' she thought. Serena waited for the parents to exchange greetings and thought about what she should do to Darien. Meanwhile, Berlye was in a rage. Her warriors had again failed to destroy the Sailor Scouts. "Must I do everything? Can't they understand I want them to destroy the scouts? " Berlye exploded. At that moment her servant, Damon had to choose to walk in. [what a stupid choice] "T-tea, my queen?" Damon asked holding out a tray. Berlye stared at the tray, Then she took the tray and threw it against the wall and the shattering of the glass was heard. ‘Get out now," Berlye hissed. Daemon scrambled away running for the life of him. A few servants and maids had learned the hard way to never mess with Berlye when she was angry. Berlye wanted more than just tea. I said he’s going to stay,” Serena replied annoyed she had to say it more than 2 times for them to understand. The whole group was here. Amy, Raye, Lita and Mina. They were all staring at Serena wide-eyed and with disbelief. “Stay? I didn’t know you guys married already!” Raye said angrily. “Any you didn’t even invite us to the wedding,” the rest of them said together. “Don’t be stupid!” Serena said. “Amy, I thought you were the smart one! Of course I didn’t marry him! He’s just staying for two months. Raye glared at her. She looked jealous. “Why do you look so jealous? It’s not like having Darien here is a great thing, so why?” Serena asked confused. “Because,” Raye answered. Her face started turning pink. “Because why?”Serena asked still not realizing why. “Hey, Raye, why is your face turning pink? You’re not getting a sunburn or something are you? We’re not even out in the sun”. Mina rolled her eyes. Sometimes Serena was like in complete darkness. “Serena, don’t you know? Raye-likes-Darien!” Serena stared at Raye. Then she burst out laughing. Raye like Darien? That was the most ridiculous thing she had ever heard. The rest of the group glared at her. ‘Why is it that she finds things that aren’t supposed to be funny funny?’ The thought flashed through their minds. Serena kept laughing. Lita was about to tell Serena to shut up when Darien arrived. “What’s so funny? And why do you laugh so loud? I could hear you down the hall!” Darien told them. Serena stopped laughing and said, “Can’t you go away? Can’t you see we’re busy?” Serena said coldly. Before Darien could answer, Raye interrupted. “We’re not busy! Why don’t you join us?Raye was almost drooling. She ignored the ‘don’t!’ look on Serena’s face. “Join you? You’ve got to be kidding. Yeah, I’ll join you when meatball head leaves. I have to take safety precautions. You can never be too safe when meatball head is here. She’ll probably trip me first and then start talking about dumb things that are so boring.” Darien looked at Serena with dislike. “Stop calling me meatball head!”Serena yelled standing up. “And I won’t trip you by accident, I’ll trip you on purpose! And I don’t talk about dumb things, I talk about interesting topics! Darien looked like he was going to laugh out loud. It was clear he enjoyed making Serena angry. “Like?”he asked grinning. “L-like, it’s none of your business!”Serena hadn’t expected Darien to ask that. This time Darien did laugh out loud. “Well I’m going to leave, this place is boring anyway.”Darien said and left. Serena angrily walked back to her seat and glared at the spot Darien was standing at before. Serena got ready to go meet Kevin. It had been a while since they’ve met. Serena was excited. They had been in love for about 1 year, but had to keep it a secret. She stole out of her room and tiptoed outside. She ran to the gardens where Kevin was waiting. “Hello, princess. You’re as beautiful as ever,”Kevin said smiling. Serena blushed. Darien probably would have said as ugly as ever. “I missed you, Kevin,”Serena told him. “So did I,”Kevin answered. He looked into her eyes but suddenly serena felt scared of him and uncomfortable. ‘Get a hold of yourself,’ Serena told herself. ‘There’s no reason for you to be scared. Kevin is good, not evil.’ Kevin noticed and said, “You seem scared, princess!”He looked concerned. “Of course not! The sailor scouts were here, too. Queen Serenity got up to make a speech. Suddenly the light went out. People screamed. Then a figure arrived. “Give me the princess.”The figure was a woman with a dark moon on her forehead. People gasped. Serena and the other sailor scouts sprang into action. They transformed and got ready to fight the woman.Now people are really surprised! They had no idea the princesses pocessed this. [an:sorry! I'm skipping the fighting part. Im no good at fighting.:-[ next time I’ll ask my friend and maybe there will be fighting scenes.] The sailor scouts defeated the woman and cleaned up the messes made. “You failed!!!!!!!”Beryl screamed at Kerina. Kerina was frightened. “I tried m-my b-best, my queen.”Kerina was trembling. She knew Beryl would kill her later. “Calm down, Beryl. That wasn’t a really good plan. We need a better fighter. Someone like Jonathan.”Kevin suggested. Beryl thought about this for a minute. Slowly the hand that could have hurt Kerina lowered. “Jonathan.” She seemed to consider this for a minute. Then she turned to Kerina. “Get Jonathan,”She ordered. “Y-yes, my queen,”Kerina said. She was relieved she wasn’t going to be killed. Beryl however wasn’t going to let her go without a punishment. Kerina later came back with Jonathan who was quite handsome. He bowed to her. “Johnathan, since this idiot” she pointed to Kerina “can’t do the simple task of kidnapping Sailor Moon, I am giving this assignment to you. I have faith in you. Make sure you bring Sailor Moon to me alive.” “Yes, of course,”said Jonathan walking away. Then Beryl swung her attention to Kerina. She smiled a wicked smile. Kerina eyes widened. She knew exactly what was going to happen. Then she did a stupid thing. She tried to fight back. Beryl grew angrier and destroyed Kerina. “Fool! Thinks she can beat me,”Beryl spat. “No need to be angry, dear. That idiot is gone. You don’t need to care about her any longer,”Kevin comforted her. At the moon kingdom, Serena grew more and more jealous of Raye even though she didn’t want Darien. It didn’t help when the couple kissed right in front of her and always talking about each other. Actually that was Raye. It was always Darien this and Darien that, it got on everyone’s nerves until one afternoon when Serena yelled at Raye to shut up. Raye just tossed her hair and put her nose up. “You’re just jealous!’Raye snapped. “JEALOUS?!? ME? WHY THE HECK WOULD I BE JEALOUS OF THAT-THAT JERK?”Serena shrieked. Raye’s face turned red. “Listen, you stupid meatball head! Darien is not a jerk! In fact he is the most sweet and caring person in the world! And if he is is a jerk, which he is not, he’s my jerk!”Raye shouted. “Sweet and caring? HA!!! I DON’T THINK HE IS A BIT!! Two girls are fighting over me!"Darien teased. This only made Serena angrier. She was about to yell at him but her throat was sore from all that yelling, so she just stormed out of the room. Jonathan climbed through Serena's window. He smiled triumphantly. He had gotten past the guards and Beryl would surely award him later. When he got to her bed, he almost stopped breathing. Lying before him, was what was the most beautiful creature in the whole universe. He felt sorry for her. How could such a peaceful-looking, and young woman possibly harm the Negaverse? 'But orders are orders,' her told himself silently. He picked Serena up. Just then Serena stirred. Her eyes opened. He was so startled that he dropped her and there was a thump.She saw him. Her eyes widened and she was about to scream when he knocked her out. Her body crumpled and fell to the floor. Jonathan picked her up with great care and dropped a note onto her bed. Lana, Serena's maid, walked up the stairs and went up to Serena's room. She knocked. No answer. She knocked again. Still no answer. So she turned the doorknob and went in. Serena wasn't in bed. Lana was surprised. It wasn't usually that Serena woke up so early. She shook her head disapprovingly. Serena should know by now to make her bed. Lana walked over and was about to make the bed when she saw a piece of paper. She picked it up. Lana's eyes widened. On the paper, was: It's me, Serena. Mom, I'm sorry for doing this. I just don't want to live here anymore. Don't worry about me. I'll be just fine. ~ Serena ~ Lana ran to the queen's room. "Queen Serenity! Wake up! Queen Serenity!"Lana yelled, banging on the doors. The hair was now black and even that made her look beautiful. Everything was black from head to toe. A black upside-down crescent moon was on her forehead showing all she was part of the Negaverse. She had chunky black sandals on wth black nail polish, black lipstick, you get the point. [I know, I know. BLACK LIPSTICK? BLACK NAIL POLISH? Well, hey, it goes well with story and besides, Serena would probably look good. She is just one of those looks-good-in-everything kind of person.] Darien's mouth fell open. He stared at her, not believing what he saw. "Meatball head?"He asked and closed his mouth. "Don't you call me meatball head, you BITCH!"Serena hissed. The name didn't fit her anyway. Darien looked stunned. Serena had never in all her life cursed at anyone or anything. "Serena,"Raye started. 'Shut up!"Serena snarled. "I didn't ask you to speak!" Raye's eyes shown anger at this. "You didn't ask me to speak? You didn't ask me? EXCUSE ME! But since when did you tell me to speak? What am I? A puppet and you're the puppetmaster?" "Serena, what happened?"Mina asked in wonder. "Didn't I just say don't call me Serena? My name is Metallia!" [An:I know, that's the name of Beryl's daughter, I think. I couldn't come up with any other name so I decided that in MY story, Metallia will be Serena's name but when Beryl has a daughter, her daughter will also be named Metallia. ] "And what happened? I'll tell you what happened! How dare you betray me and just criticize me behind my back? Me, a klutz? A dumb idiot?"Ser- I mean Metallia yelled. "Betray you? Criticize you? You got it all wrong, girl!"Lita said. "Sure we teased you, but we never talked behind your back and we never will! We are loyal and will always remain loyal except now,"Lita looked sad. [An: Those are really lame I know but it has a sort of ring to it. Pick whichever you like.] Serena had been brain-washed and remembered nothing about the happy times she and her friends had had. Her memories had been twisted and all she remebered was they had betrayed her and insulted her. Serena/Metallia let out a beam sending the sailor scouts sprawled on the ground. Lita had enough. She loved Serena, but she wasn't going to stand for this. "Jupiter Thunder Dragon!" "Lita! Don't!"Mina cried out. She was still loyal to Serena and she felt they could turn Serena back. Too late. Serena let out a shriek of pain but did not give up. She let out another beam, but this one Lita dodged. "I'll teach you to never mess with me,"Shesaid. She held a black crystal up and suddenly it lit up which was bad news because Lita fell to the ground her energy taken away from her. She didn't have even an ounce of strength left. Raye grew angrier. 'How dare Serena do this!'She thought. "Come on, guys! We have to fight. There is no other way!"Amy and Mina didn't want ot, but they knew they had to. "Mercury Bubble Blast!"Amy shouted. But it didn't work. She, Raye and Mina blinked. "I-it didn't have any effect,"Stuttered Mina. "Let's try combining all our powers!"Raye suggested. They nodded. "Mars Fire Surround!" "Mercury Bubble Blast!" "Venus Love Me Chain!" [An: I have no idea how effective these attacks are on account of I don't know how to write fighting scenes, but I'll try.] None of these had any effect. It was Serena/Metallia's turn. "Don't just stand there, Darien! Do something,"They cried. Darien's mind was a complete blank. He didn't know what to do. There was nothing left to do except defeat Serena/Metallia, because at that point Serena/Metallia let out a bigger and brighter beam combined with.... the attacks Mina, Amy, and Raye had used! It hit them full force and everything seemed to be in slow motion. They saw the beam but it was like they were glued to the ground. Mina felt the pain, the pain that Serena would do something like this. It hurt more than the blast. Raye felt anger and pain and sadness go through her body. "Why, Serena, why?"She whispered before she lost consciousness. Amy was still conscious, but barely. Her uniform was in tatters and she felt like lead. She struggled to get up but no luck. She fell back down with a groan. Darien all this time had just been watching. Suddenly the world came back to focus. If the Sailor Scouts couldn't defeat her, then how could he? He decided to try sugar. "Good. Now they're taken care of. This will make our lives so much easier in conquering the moon, isn't it Beryl? Golden-blonde hair, 2 buns, tresses, but short, protruding from the buns. Cerulean blue eyes shone with happiness. The girl giggled. She skipped towards a woman,who too had the same hair style but silver hair. She reached out to hug the girl who happily jumped into her arms. With a jolt, Serena realized who the girl was. It was her. "Correct, Compare yourself with her,"The voice said reading her thoughts. 'Me? That's me? B-but I'm so..."Her voice faltered. She knew what the voice meant. She used to be so happy. "I'll teach you for messing with us!"lita yelled. "Jupiter Oak Revolution!" It still didn't stop the youma. Thank goodness Beryl didn't bring along many. The youmas were hard to beat. "Venus Love Me Chain!"The chain wrapped around another youma, trapping it. This youma seemed to be a bit weaker. The soldiers from the moon had swords and was slicing the youmas with it. [Eeew! The bloody mess!] "Mars Flame Sniper!" [er, I don't know how the attack works.*sweatdrop*] That attack finished off the youma Venus had trapped. Serena let out a yelp of pain. Another youma's claws were dug deep into her flesh, blood dripping from the wound. The pain was unbearable. Serena couldn't take it. Suddenly, the world turned black. |
