Picture Perfect

As webmistress of Moonlit Dreams and The Elite Awards, among other sites, for about seven years now, I've learned a lot about pictures-altering them, creating pictures, you name it.  Over the years, I've surfed the net looking for the perfect picture-before realizing that in order to have the perfect picture, I'd have to edit it myself. A lot of the pictures you see on this website, including many of the backgrounds have been edited or created myself. Now that my website is pretty
much done and it doesn't need to be constantly updated anymore, I've decided to dedicate more of my time to helping other webmasters-namely, you. Picture
Perfect is a art gallery, where I can take a picture and alter it for you to use. I hope in some way I'll be able to help you, like so many other great webmasters have
helped me.
