Even before my journey hand begun
So sadly you’d already gone and left us
I never knew your name but felt your pain
As you jumped and gave your life unto the train
I did not know your pain, but felt your loss
As we both was on a journey, on our pilgrimages
Mine was into life while yours was into death
To take a breath in as you last breathed out
So i carried your passing deep within me
To show it beauty and try to really understand
That in my greatest moment a life should have to end
So in my time of waiting for the train that took your life
I paused myself in time and wondered who your were
Tried to place myself in your shadows and shoes
And whispered a silent prayer to help you on your way
In the hopes you’d find your peace in the Elysium fields
Where angels hug and hold you close and tight
Holding you with wings of love and gossamer
Nursing you in time for your re-birth here on earth.
