1. I WILL NOT SHIP ANY RABBIT. You have to pick rabbits up at my farm. I will not bring to you or half way. I will bring rabbits to shows I am going to.
2. All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE
3. I will hold a rabbit with a 50% depoist. I will contact you when I recieve the 50% depoist. Then I will hold the rabbit for 2 weeks from the day I contact you. After the 2 weeks and if you have still not picked up the
rabbit. 50% depoist is NON-REFUNDABLE. And the rabbit will be put back up for sale.
4. I HOLD A RIGHT TO END ANY SALE AT ANY TIME. AND I MAY OR MAY NOT TELL YOU WHY.
5. I would prefer cash with all sales. But if you must use a check I will not let the rabbit leave untill the check clears with my bank. When the check clears then you may pick up rabbit.
6. All pedigrees will be given at time of sale.
7. Pedigrees are not inculded in "Pet" quality rabbits. Unless you pay $5 more for the pedigree!
8. I do not consider a rabbit sold untill I recive 50% of deposit!
9. the Buyer is responsible at pick up time to check rabbit(s) over for any DQ's . I will do my best to tell you but I am only human I make mistakes. If the buyer missis any DQ's and gets home and see one. There is NO
RE- FUND THAT WILL BE MADE
10. I will give package deals on 3 or more rabbits bought by one person.
11. All of my rabbit a bred to be good show rabbits, great mothers and herd sires,or great pets and they all love people.
12. When you buy a rabbit show show. I do not gaurentee a "winner" or that the rabbit(s) will place at a show. . But all show rabbits are free of DQ's.
