Harry Potter Adults
Vernon and Petunia Dursley - Harry's Muggle uncle and aunt, who hate him. Petunia was Lily Potter (Harry's mother's) sister and they found him on their doorstep the day after Harry's parents had been killed by Voldemort. They have a fat son called Dudley, who they think the world of, but is actually a pig.
James and Lily Potter (deceased) - Harry's parents. James Potter was Head Boy at Hogwarts, excellent at Quidditch and part of the Marauders. Could change himself into a stag at will, (Animagi) and made a map, called the Marauder's Map. Best friends were: Sirius Black (Harry's Godfather), Remus Lupin (nice werewolf) and Peter Pettigrew (ratted James and Lily out to Voldemort, now works for Voldemort). Had the nickname Prongs due to his Animagi form. Not much is known about Lily, only she was Head Girl, she comes from a Muggle family, she's very very intelligent, and has red hair with green eyes, which Harry inherited. They were killed by Voldemort after Peter Pettigrew told their hiding place to him. James Potter is said to have come from a rich family and Harry inherited an invisibility cloak from his father.
Sirius Black - The Godfather of Harry potter. Sirius was best friends with James and Lily Potter, and everyone thought that he gave them to Voldemort, but he was framed and spent 12 years of his life in Azkaban. He can change into a black shaggy dog at will (he too learnt to be an Animagi) and no one apart from Harry, Hermione, Ron (& Mrs. Weasley), Dumbledore and now Snape knows he is an Animagi. He is very protective of Harry and bitter about his past. Almost caught Peter Pettigrew but he escaped and Sirius now detests him. He rekindled his friendship with Remus Lupin in Harry's third year and has now reformed a 'crowd' (Order of the Phoenix?) with him and others. Has the name Padfoot as a nickname from the Marauders and is an enemy of Snape's due to a childhood prank. Sirius is very influential to Harry and insists that Harry informs him of every weird thing that goes on, no doubt to try and stay ahead of the game and find ways to protect Harry from any more pain.
Remus Lupin - Finally my chance hahaha!! (Shut up Wolfy an get on with it!) If ever there were a Golden Apple or some other award for Excellent Teachers and Mentors at Hogwarts, Lupin would get it, hands, claws and paws down.(& Dumbledore!) Why? Because Remus Lupin is the MAN! (For most of the month anyway…)(It isn't just me, she is crazy, right?)(You're just making yourself unpopular Lear...) Lupin is life long friends with Sirius Black and was part of the Marauders, and he discovered (created u nunce) (ah the art of reading on before you write Lear) the Marauder's map when it was in Harry's possession. Not only that, but Lupin kept Harry from all harm when he was teaching him in Harry's third year (PoA), he was willing to protect Harry over his best friend of many years when he believed that Sirius was still the murderer (which he isn't). Lupin gave Harry extra lessons to teach him a spell to protect him from the Dementors and the memory of his lost friends Lily and James Potter still haunted him, as he was upset when Harry told him what he hears when the Dementors are around. He sneaks in Butterbeer for Harry and faithfully goes to watch him when playing Quidditch, and gives him praise with pride at Harry's achievements. Oh yeah, he's also a werewolf that has meant that he's been shunned by society his whole life, is flat broke but still wears a smile and treats everyone equally and with the greatest temperament. He too loves Hermione and Ron and gave them compliments and help when that was due too. Remus J Lupin is a great wizard and one of the best characters ever invented (and like Lear with Wood, I think he'll be fit!) P.s EWAN 2 PLAY LUPIN!! GET THE MSSGE ALFONSO??
Oliver Wood - (Yummy!) - Former captain of the Gryffindor Quidditch team, which he took VERY seriously, although he was very good at being captain, even though he worked the team to death half the time. He is seen as very good looking by some readers (including Lear) which has been helped by Sean Biggerstaff in the role in the films. (Liked the kilt! Very swish!) He left Hogwarts in book three after winning the Quidditch house cup (Thank you Harry!) He appears briefly in book four at the Quidditch world cup, but I am still hopeful that he will reappear in the next books if only briefly (But somehow I don't think he will :-( ). Oliver is currently on the Puddlemere United Reserve Quidditch team. |
