Policies and cancelations
All cabins are privatly owned and have asked for certain rules to be followed. We want you to have the best experience while in the Moosehead area, and hope you come back again and again.
Reservations

At time of booking we will need a 50% deposit and the remainder is due at check in. Visa, Master card, and Discover work the best, but if you are with out a credit card, a contract will be sent out to sign and a check  will need to be mailed back.

Cancelations

A full refund will be sent back up to 30 days noticed. Up to 2 weeks prior a refund of 50% of deposit will be sent back. Sorry no refunds less than 2 weeks prior.

Security Deposit

Some cabin owners have asked to recieve a $250 security deposit. As soon as check out, and no problems have occured, you will be refunded the full amount.

Pets and smoking

We do have rentals available for your four legged friends. There is a charge of $25 per pet and please pick up after them. There will be a cleaning fee taken out of the security deposit if you don't.
  Smoking is done outside at all locations.

Check In and Check out

Check in is at 2pm
  Check out is at 11am

   This is not written in stone. Exceptions can be made if needed, but need to be discussed before hand. Arrangements for keys and directions will need to be made prior to check in.
