| The surrounding photos are all Ogoh-Ogoh's, monsters constructed by each little village to drive off evil spirits at the eve of the Balinese New Year. The huge idols are carried by the men of the village all the way to the sea and burned on the beach in a huge and fabulous celebration - which we missed by 5 days! |
