Or - Yellow. That lets you know that the primary background color is yellow.
a pale - That's the bar running up and down the middle.
and - duh. :)
on a chief - That's the bar across the top.
azure - that lets you know that the pale that's on the chief and the chief are azure, or blue
three suns - You're more than likely smart enough to figure that out, and if you remember that Or is yellow, then you probably guess that the last Or means that those three suns are yellow.
