ake 1/2 cup marmelade, and 1/2 stick of butter- melt slowly and use to glaze baby carrotts.

Marinate chicken with it.

Spead on cresent dough, roll up and bake.

Brush over a hot white or yellow cake, cool and frost.

add to your chopped cranberries for thanksgiving, add 2 peeled and diced apples- and have a lovely relish

Bread Cookies

For each slice of bread:
Flatten slice
spread with cream cheese (softened)
Spread with orange marmalade
roll up and place on cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, Bake at 350 degrees 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

I have also made this with many varaties of preserves. These are wonderful, everybody takes them right off the cookie sheets they are that good!....

It's also wonderful to mix with a bit of brown sugar and use to glaze a baked ham.

I, too, like it mixed with whole cranberry sauce and some chopped pecans. A quick and easy stir up as an accompaniment to roasted turkey.

almost forgot another favorite...mix with a can of sweet potatoes, add some butter, a little brown sugar and some chopped pecans. Bake until hot and bubbly.
