I consider the following articles and links to be the least amount of information that one should know before a judgment is made on the Book of Mormon or Joseph Smith. It is my oppinion based on my experiences that most of what people know or claim to know about Mormonism, The Book of Mormon and Joseph Smith comes mostly from second hand sources which do not represent The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints or that those sources are out to purposely misrepresent or distort the LDS and their beliefs. Given this belief, most people do not know enough information to make a decision that is based without prejudice. Until both sides of the case of Mormonism are heard then no fair trial has been given. The most common position that I find among those who are not LDS is that they have only heard the prosecutions side or only small portions of the LDS side from un-authoritive sources. The prosecutors (or persecutors ) freely dispense their negative information to further their Anti-Mormon campaign. They do it quickly , casually and sometimes with great vigor and extreme prejudice.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints does not resort to such methods as actively campaigning against other churches. The LDS are not found trying to smear other churches beliefs through purposefull misrepresentation of doctrinal beliefs by creating and distributing pamplets, tracts, books ,radio programs, movies or websites. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has chosen to spread only its beliefs. Slowly, one potential convert at a time by means of missionary effort. The LDS church does not volunteer every bit of evidence that may support it . The Church likes to put emphasis on the individual praying to God for knowledge rather than leaning on what man can produce as evidence for support of the Book of Mormon.

I on the other hand feel that there is information that supports the Book of Mormon or that at the very least the information standing on its own does great damage to testimonies and other made up evidences against the Book of Mormon. Please be fair, look into what I have to say and apply it to what you know. There can be only one truth.
