Awakening :

A term used to describe the period of time when someone comes to recognition of their vampiric nature, usually through the mental and physical changes occuring during this period. It starts mostly at the age of puberty or during adolescence, yet in some cases it might manifest any time later in life. The process is never exactly the same with two individuals, but the most common changes are: photosensitivity, shifting to nocturnal rhythm of life, starting to feel thirst for blood or energy.
the Beast :

It is the wild primal animalistic part of the vampire's nature, where the vampire gets aggressive and feels like feeding violently, not just because of the hunger but for the fun of it !. If the vampire doesn't control it, it controls him/her. It's different from just "vamping out" but that is when it's most likely to manifest.
Coven :

Originally menas: a group of thirteen witches, but nowadays it is widely used in the vampire community to refer to: A group of vampires or vampyre lifestylers, usually located within a certain geographic area, who have banded together under a specific theme, traditions, common Sigil, havens, membership requirments and hierarchy. It could range in size from as few as three members to hundreds. Some titles given to leaders of covens include Elder, High Priest/ess or Coven Master/Mistress.
Donor :

Someone who shares their blood or life-energy, without obligation. Many donors prefer to offer themselves to just one vampire, some other donors will offer themselves to entire covens, provided their offerings are appreciated and not abused.
Other terms: Source, Supplier
Elder :

A member of the vampire community who is respected for their experience and knowledge. Elders are often mentors, willing to help others, help establis organizations and network the community.

The act of consuming blood, (or pranic energy in case of psi vampires) from someone or an animal.
Haven :

A gathering place for a given vampire community, a club for example, where they can gather, socialize , and organize their community meetings. It's considered hallowed ground.
the Hunger :

The desire to feed, it's both a physical and psychological sensation. Physically the vampire feels intense hunger (stomach pain and contractions) that's not satisfied by food or drink but only by blood (or energy), as well as increase in pulse, heart rate, blood pressure and sometimes even body temprature. Psychologically the vampire feels agitated and empowered at the same time. It differs from the Thirst which might be satisfied just with tasting blood.
Latent vampire :

Somone who is naturally a vampire, but whose vampiric nature is still dormant. Usually they need to be "awakened", while some other vampires may have this nature activated spontaneously.
Mundane :

A term used to distinguish those who are not vampires from those who are. It simply refers to those who are living normal.
Psi :

A general term for the life energy that is found within and surrounds all living things. It is the energy that psychic and energy vampires feed upon, it's also contained in the blood and believed to be a part of the transfer occuring  between a donor and a sanguinarian.
Other terms: chi, ki, prana, pranic energy.
Some of these terms were originally taken from sanguinarius website and SphynxCat website.
Poser :

Someone who is not a vampire but pretending to be one, with intention to deceive others, by making false claims to their powers, abilities, life span, etc. Though some of them might actually believe their claim but can't prove it if you meet them in person.
Psi vampire :

Someone who "drains" life-energy rather than blood from others. Energy vampires may or may not consume blood as means of extracting pranic energy. There are many similarities between psi-vamps and sanguinarians (blood vamps), like light sensitivity, but  the main difference is the ability/need of psi-vamps to drain energy.
Other terms: psychic vampire, energy vampire.
