Paul Frederiksen I have been in Woodland, CA for eight years, can you believe it. Used to be, I could not stay anywhere more than six months. Anyway, here is an update. I still drive truck for a local grocery chain and am quite happy with it. Home life is insane, what with seven and give year old boys and thirteen and fifteen year old girls. Sometimes I think I ought to wear a red rubber nose and big floppy black shoes, then, I would fit in better. On the up side, I have a lot of free time which I have been spending doing the things I really love, like coaching and refereeing in a youth soccer league. I spent about 3000 hours over the last two years building a classic wooden sailboat, which is really turned from a passion into an addiction, I have also been teaching myself to play the piano, but it is difficult with the spirit of Glenn Winslow perched on my shoulder. I have concluded that there is just too much great stuff to do for any one life. I could easily fill 400 years and still not have experienced half of what life offers. But, as I am sure you all know, I am doing my level best to cram it all into this life. A reunion sounds interesting, who, what, when, where.......? Attached is a virus...no not really, it is a picture of Adagio, my boat, adrift, with five year old first mate Jordan at the helm. I am: Paul Frederiksen |

Larry Garlick Karen and Larry have lived in Westminster, CO for the last ten years. Larry works as a software developer for the City of Westminster. Karen, after teaching for three years, decided to stay home after our first child. David is now seven, and Karen is home schooling him. Our second boy, Samuel, is almost five and beginning kindergarten (also home schooled), and our third boy, Andrew, is just two. The boys already keep us busy in sports and other activities. Larry just completed his Masters, not in the possible use of modern weaponry in the Civil War, but in Computer Information Systems. Maybe I'll do the Civil War thing for a doctorate. Larry also dabbles in party politics from time to time, working for weveral candidates, and the Republican Party. Our home is always open to any weary Morrison traveler that may wander through Denver. |
Andy Hogue Hello everyone. I hope you are all well. I've just moved to Boise, Idaho after finishing at Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management in Phoenix. In my new job I'll be traveling to Taiwan and China quite a bit. That suits me fine. Although I'll be glad to be back in Asia often, we also really like Boise. It's a nice, smaller city and the mountains aren't far away. The people here are great, and the city is beautiful. My wife, Fangjie and I had our second child one year ago in Phoenix. We are glad to have Charlie to go with Katie who is now almost five. Fangjie's mother was able to get a visa and came and stayed with us for almost a year in Phoenix to help with the kids while I was in school. She liked Phoenix. We were busy and so she saw very little of the US, but we did manage to have a white Christmas in the White Mountains of eastern Arizona. We also managed to see some Indian ruins and petro-glyphs while my mother-in-law was with us. It's a far cry from sightseeing in Beijing, and she was pretty amazed. Not much else to say but come and see us! |
