Cheesecake...who can resist it? Real cheesecake, heavy and rich, plain or fancy, with wonderful things like chocolate, fruit or liqueur on it - or in it - all in a simple graham cracker crust or decadent cookie crumb crust. A lot goes into making good cheesecake, so I've compiled a list of hints. Some I've read and used, some others swear by, and some I've learned the hard way.

Because Man (unfortunately) cannot live by cheesecake alone, I've got other kinds of goodies here too. All kinds of peanut butter yummies, a few things that are better than sex, or nearly so, and a section of miscellaneous stuff that was just too good not to include.
