In my professional life I have worked as a radio installer, ranch hand, electrician, welder/machinist, satellite service/repair, wood carver, heavy equipment operator, store manager, computer specialist, network admin, network engineer, network security consultant, telecommunication VOIP engineer, infrastructure engineer, QA director, senior communications technician, T&IS Supervisor and now having fun as a motorcycle technician for South Bay Triumph.
My off time enjoy motorcycles/scooters, acoustic guitars, amateur radio, target shooting, fishing, hunting and prospecting. Of course I like to take time to go to dinner, watch a movie or just relax with some good music, good whiskey and a fine cigar.
I try to stop and enjoy the simple things in life. Like a beautiful sunset at the beach, the smell of pine trees after the rain or the deafening silence of the desert.
I have had some great mentors in my life to give me structure in my life spiritually and professionally.
As I look back on my life, of coarse there are things I wish could have been different. However, that is what makes us who we are today. To ask ourselves the question we ask ourselves.
The older I get, the more I realize my ignorance and how very short our time is in this existence. I strive to cultivate patience and tolerance of our surroundings and others.
I do not know what tomorrow will bring. But, I will do my best to look for the good in all.
