Jimbo's '56 Ford F-100

This was the truck of my dreams! But since all dreams must come to an end, so did the ownership of my truck! Yes, you heard it right ~ I sold my BABY! I've kept the page alive since I still think this truck is a classic! If you think you see it at truck shows in the Central Pennsylvania, you're right!

This award-winning truck is Imron Dark Brown Metallic and what a great color for a great piece of machinery! This toy has known no inclement weather! If there's a cloud in the sky, it doesn't go out!

It is truly nostalgic when you cruise down the road, 50's style, listening to Oldies - taking you back to when life was carefree and girls were plentiful! Can you imagine a Cherry Coke in one hand, with the fuzzy dice rock 'n rollin' from the mirror? I guess we all need our memories along with our dreams.

Now that I've been talking about this cruisin' stuff, I think I'll go start her up, and take her for a spin! My next page is the page you really want to see . . . .it has the specs and close-up shots!

I also have a page that has another restoration project on it. I bought a Teardrop Trailer to pull behind this Effie, and I've got a page just for it. This page follows the project from start to finish. Alas, it is sold as well! However, it does not reside in Central Pennsylvania. You can see it in Central California!
