What it means

Send = appliances mobilised Persons reported = the type of incident ( could say, Fire, RTA Persons trapped, ect.) Map Ref/Osmic = the map reference and the page in the map book Uhf Radio = the code for fireground radios Caller = the phone number that the call was made from Note = any known information stored about the address ( ie Hazmat,What road it it off- if in an estate, ect.) Add Info = any other information given by the caller 10:37:48 = the time, date, operator and terminal worked Crew Ack = printed when the first person into the station presses a button to confirm mobilisation received
