Nissan X-Trail is a spacious vehicle with a functional interior. Externally, the X-Trail's styling manages to combine a robust look with a modern appearance. The rear luggage area is quite spacious with the added versatility of a split/fold rear seat. An unusal design element is that all the instruments are located in the centre of the dash, rather than behind the steering wheel. The X-Trail has quite a robust feel on the road that is typical of many larger 4X4 vehicles. The engine imparts strong performance throughout the rev range. The suspension of the X-Trail copes well with uneven surfaces and potholes, providing a comfortable and sure-footed ride.
