Michigan International Speedway
My husband's family has gone to MIS for years to see the Indy race the last weekend in July, but this past August we went for the first time to see NASCAR. This track is really good, cars are fast, you can see the majority of the track

Only thing is seating areas seem to be rather small...

Ease of access in and around track:8

Traffic is bad going in and out. When leaving just plan on tailgating 2 to 3 hours if you hate to sit in traffic all day. Tailgate, meet some fun people...snooze alittle....then hit the road. Makes a much nicer end to racing day then to be burning gas in a line that moves slower than a snail.

Track Parking:8
Lots of parking available. Appears to be alot of camping also, but it seems like most of the camping is not free.....
