Stitches-
----------sl st - slip stitch
----------picot (p) - 5/8'' space between ds stitches
----------double hitch stitch (ds) - basic 2-part tatting and Cro-Tat stitch
----------Inner Ring (R) - 3ds, p, 3ds, p, 3ds, p, 3ds, Close ring.
----------Outer Ring (R) - 4ds, p, 4ds, p, 4ds, p, 4ds, Close ring.
----------Join - insert hook into specified p, pull up loop to stand for 1st half of next
--------------------ds, then make 2nd half of ds, one ds made-

Instructions-

Inner round-
Ch4, (Inner R, ch9) 5 times, ch4, sc in beginning ch.

Outer round-
(Ch5, Outer R, ch6, sc in loop) 5 times, ch5, Outer R, ch6, sc in sc-join of inner round.

Finish off. Block and stiffen as desired.
