Launching Dustspeck
With a successful voyage completed, I turned to the task of finishing Dustspeck.  This ended up taking longer than the construction!

First I had to finish installing the decks.

No sooner had the epoxy coating dried than I got an invitation to go paddling with the ScuzBums in South San Diego Bay.  I couldn't wait.  The epoxy made the hull waterproof and one day of sun exposure wouldn't hurt anything.

The decks were made from scrap 3mm luaun door skins.  I didn't have a big enough piece to cover the whole end so I used two smaller pieces...
